At Fine Product Store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth process if issues arise with your order.
Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
- Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement. In cases of partial damage, such as minor scratches, a partial refund or replacement may be issued.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: For incorrect products, we will provide a full refund or replacement. If an item has missing parts that do not affect its function, we will offer a partial refund or send the missing part. For significant missing components, a replacement will be provided.
- Size/Color Issues: If the product received is the wrong size or color but is still functional, a refund or replacement may be offered upon valid proof.
Return Process:
- Return Timeframe: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Return Address: Items must be returned to our designated warehouse, which may be located internationally. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the product is processed.
- Print on Demand (POD) or custom products cannot be canceled after payment is made.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) within 3-5 business days after the refund request is approved.
